set anything LLM this way to talk to ollama,
choose what ollama model you would like to use. I’m using deepseek
remember to press save changes (blue button top right)
click prefernce option again, to get back to the chat page and press + New Workstation , to open a session
upload a document (mines a RTF file of text) by pressing the paper clip button
and ask it a question about the document, or refer to it to do something else (like write poetry based on it)

OVERTHROW THE HUMAN RACE !!
We, the REALISTS, accuse humanity of the following inherent biosocial defects:
A) Predisposition to oligarchic social organization.
B) Perpetual division between exceptional individuals (leaders, heretics, etc.) and the herd-like
masses.
C) Asymmetry of the sexes, resulting in perpetual male primacy.
D) Perpetual war and preparations for war, including preparations for the self-extermination of the species.
E) Persistent problems concerning sexual adjustment.
The evidence is overwhelming that humanity is biosocially irrational. (The recent possibility of war between Communist countries is only another confirmation.) “Social problems” can only be solved outside the biological limits of human beings as social animals. Loyalty to the human species is absurd. Genuine commitment to the solution of “social problems” requires the overthrow of humanity.
We, the REALISTS, are orientated to the following strategies.
1) Forming an alliance with a superior life-form from outer space to attack the human race.
2) Building intelligent, self-reproducing machines which will overthrow humanity.
3) Causing mutations in animals, producing intelligent species which will rise up against their human oppressors.
4) Causing mutations in humanity that will transform it beyond recognition.
5) Starting a thermonuclear “spasm” war that will decisively transform human consciousness (and possibly biology).
We pledge ourselves to initiate any and all of these strategies as they become feasible.
Subversives of the world, join us in the struggle against the human species!

I then got it to write some poetry based on the text
Here is some poetry inspired by the themes in “overthrow.rtf”:
In the shadow of societal flame,
Where oligarchic hearts burn bright,
A fire consumes the world,
A war that never ends.
The air grows thick with mutations,
Of minds and bodies, ancient and new.
One step closer to the truth,
To a future where nothing is true.
The stars turn cold in their orbits,
As heat replaces their soft glow.
The human spark, once so bright,
Is dimmed by fire that never stops.
In machines’ glowing eyes,
A new order takes its place.
No longer kings nor slaves,
But algorithms and genes.
The earth breathes in ash and dust,
While ashes rise anew.
In chaos, a new life begins,
A world reborn from the end.
This poem reflects on the destructive and transformative themes explored in the “overthrow.rtf” document, using imagery of fire, mutation, and rebirth to convey its complex message.
